I know. When I turned 16 back in October, I was like, whoa, I'm sixteen already!! And a little over a month after I turned 16 I got my license, which made me go, dang, I'm not a child anymore! I'm going to be turning 17 in like... seven months already!

I found when I got my license I finally felt like an adult and no longer a child. Over here in Australia we get our learners at 16 and when we turn 18 we get our Probationary license. It's the independence that comes with it I think. You can drive yourself to all the places you need and want to go. And nothing really stops you now. I remember when my car broke down and I didn't have a car for i think it was 4 months it was a killer. I never relised just how much I relied on my car. Then I brought another one and it died when I was moving states lol. Now I have another one but this one is reliable.

I yet to get my own car, lol. I'm look at a Ford truck. I got my learners permit at 15 and the provisional at 16, next I'll get my standard 21 and Under card when I turn 18, and then when I turn 21, I get all the American freedoms... haha.
